Mag. Peter Rabensteiner is the founder and chief executive of Rabensteiner Real Estate Development. As CEO he is responsible for the acquisition of new projects as well as the coordination of project development activities. Before founding RID, he was Project Managing Director at the international energy company ConocoPhillips, where he was responsible for the development of gas stations in Austria and Eastern Europe. He started his career in the petroleum industry at British Petroleum in Vienna. He has a master's degree in law from the University of Innsbruck.

Peter M. Rabensteiner is responsible for the operative management of development projects as well as the administration and risk management of the property portfolio of the RID Group. Before starting in the family business, he was an associate with the Swiss alternative asset fund Partners Group, where he contributed to sizeable acquisition of private equity and real estate fund interests in the secondary market. He started his career in the financial services industry as a risk consultant at the international specialty software company SunGard. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University St. Gallen, and also studied at the University of Texas and the University of Chicago.
